Requirements for advertising information:
No advertisements discriminating people by sex, race, nationality, denomination, social status and amount of possessions; having insulting or pornographic content; arousing panic or inducing violence; and also an advertisement misinforming a user (by means of someone else's trademarks, interface elements etc) is accepted.
An Advertiser (Client) shall provide copies of licenses provided Advertiser’s activity is subject to licensing; copies of certificates provided advertised are the products that are subjects to certification, and also affirmative conclusions of authorized bodies provided advertised are the products (works, services) that are the subjects to receiving of correspondent permissions.
An Advertiser is obliged to observe all the specific requirements of the Law “On Advertising” connected with the advertising of tobacco and alcohol products, medical preparations, financial, banking, insurance, investment services and securities etc. Here are the inadmissible violations of legislation of the Republic of Belarus in the field of advertising. Technical requirements for an advertising banner:
Accepted are banners with the following dimensions: 468x60, 180x150, 180x60, 120x60, other dimensions if agreed. Posted can be both, static banners, and animated GIF and Flash banners. Advertising information is posted for a specified period in a specified place.
Recommended file size for a banner – 15 kilobytes, maximal – 30 kilobytes.
An alternative text for a banner cannot exceed 100 symbols.
When pressing (clicking) Flash advertising materials, a recommended site is to open in a new browser window.
Acceptable is the Flash banners having sound or visual accompaniment; however, playback can be initiated by clicking a banner advert only.
EXPORT.BY does not post advertising banners:
- Having illicit nature.
- Having political nature (negative pieces of information, materials contained election propaganda etc).
- Containing search spam.
